Web quality assurance
All University web sites should work towards having a quality assurance (QA) process - this helps ensure that the content on your web site complies with policies and legislation and is of a minimum standard.
Quality assurance means;
- consistent verifiable quality information
- accountability for the information presented
The implementation of a successful QA process results in a web site that is accessible and free from user errors that a simple scan may not pick up on.
Example:
Their CEO was well placed to comment on the state of affairs. OR There CEO was well placed to comment on the state of affairs.
