We support all web users in maintaining websites according to the official University
website templates. Support enquiries need to be directed to the service desk.
Assess and manage change effecting web services and web community
The Web Design Team work with the broader Application Services department to ensure that changes affecting any of the tools or services used are properly managed and communication is maintained between the web community.
Training
Web
Content Management System (CMS) training is provided on a regular basis for Simple Editor and System Administrator users. A variety of additional training is available on an as-needs basis including CMS extension course, Writing for the Web, Accessibility techniques, Usability techniques, Cascading Style Sheets and Web management principles.
