The following pages are degined to be used in conjunction with the Dreamweaver training workshop and will assist in providing you with the skills required to use University web templates using Dreamweaver. These instructions are not provided by the Web Design Team.
Resources for the course.
- File and folder names; folder structure; index.html page; and downloading the templates kit.
- Setting up a site definition in Dreamweaver CS3; connecting to the server and using FTP; and downloading an entire site.
- Templates kit folders; changing the accent colour; the home and content templates; making and saving an html page from a template; and previewing pages in the browser.
This course has hands on approach, please also bring a note pad and pen so that you can document your work.
